Counselling & Image-based therapy

About me
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling (PGDip) validated by the University of East London and accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP).

I am a practitioner at the Barnsbury Therapy Rooms psychotherapy practice, and at the Psychosynthesis Trust.

I have a background of over 15 years in the Financial sector and in Sustainability. I covered several positions for international companies and NGOs in the UK, Italy and in East Africa. This provides me with lived experience of the difficulties faced when navigating relationships in the work environment, changing career, dealing with work pressure and stress, and trying to find balance and fulfilment in your professional life.

Originally from Italy, I moved to London over 10 years ago, where I navigated the challenges of adapting to a different culture. Here I encountered therapy as a client. Inspired by its transformative impact on my personal and professional life, I became passionate about it, studied it, and then decided to make it my profession.

I have special interest and specific training in therapeutic techniques based on imagination and creativity - https://wildimagination.uk/. https://www.jungiananalysts.org.uk/

I studied mindfulness in the buddhist tradition and I integrate certain techniques in my counselling practice where beneficial.
